AGES 5 years and UP-  2 Hoedown Sessions  Morning Session: 10:50am - 12:00 Count and Clap- learn the Basic 4/4 Beat. Learn the Basic lyrics and the hand movements for each song.  / Lunch break  (Pizza Lunch included with price of Admission) Afternoon Session:  1:15pm -2:25  FAMILY FUN LIVE HOEDOWN-- Kids Rock the Mics. Ages 5 and Up - kids 10 and younger are required to be accompanied by a parent/adult.-- Kids take turns singing on stage - on the mics and get to feel what it's like to perform in a band... This interactive family fun set is hosted by MARJO WILSON and the intention is to encourage parents to sing with their kids. We will all sing along/ clap along with COTTON DANDEE'S hayfield songs from his album "GOING FOR A DRIVE." Marjo will teach everybody a little about BASIC BEAT (4/4 time) / how to Count and Clap together / teaching the songs in the moment with the kids. Marjo also teaches some fun hand gestures and a little American Sign Language too-- just for fun- as we sing. Hoedowns are also open mics for kids-- so if a child would like to share a song of their own-- or play a song on an instrument -there will be some time dedicated to kids open mic. Kids inspire each other to learn to play an instrument and to sing.  Everybody is IN THE BAND in The COTTON DANDEE FAMILY BAND. To all the musicians present--please feel free to strum along in the room- We'll have a special seating area for musicians...
